Return & Refund

If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase simply return your item within 30 days from your delivery date and we will issue a refund.

Additionally, if you aren’t happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items. An item is eligible for return or exchange if it meets the following criteria:

– You reach out to request a refund or exchange within the allowable return period (30 days from receipt).

– The item was purchased from Debin Leather;Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order confirmation email or number,package tracking number)

– The item is unused and undamaged (in its original condition, without leather conditioner or other treatments added), or defective;

– Inclusive of all original hangtags, packaging, and components at the time of return or exchange.

Used items are not eligible for return or exchange and will be returned.

We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us.
Return and Exchanges Process
You have 30 days after receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.

To return or exchange, please follow these instructions:

You must first contact us providing us with the order number and reason for the return/exchange with our contact form.
We will provide you with instruction where you can return your order. Pack and seal your return securely making sure to indicate your order number clearly on the package when you ship it back to us. This will allow us to track your return, that has been sent in the original package if possible or any other package available.
Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense. We do not provide a pre-paid return label to return your package. Please make sure to ship your package with a tracking number, signed delivery and/or insurance, as Debin Leather not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Refunds (if applicable)
The Debin Leather operates a 30-day moneyback guarantee on all orders. To initiate a Refunds , please contact us for more information and instructions on what to do next.

The refund is processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Once the return process is completed, you will receive an email with a confirmation. The credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s), the credit should appear on your next statement. All returns/exchanges must be returned within 30 days from the day you have received your order. Restocking fee may apply if the product returned is not in salable condition and in original packaging.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
